Daughter of Candlelight (by Kingmambo, purchased for $875,000 at Keeneland and in foal to Giant’s Causeway), Candinie was lightly raced but opened her account at Deauville. From the start of her stud career, Candinie has seen her progeny perform well. These include Candy Burger, winner of 5 races in France before being exported as well as Candalex, a G1 winner over hurdles last year in Italy, and also a winner over fences.
This mare has been confirmed in foal to Chachnak, two time Gr 3 winner in France at Longchamp and Chantilly
